Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We appreciate you for being a part of Windows 10. Why give us such options (gimmicks) when you can't get it working as intended? Also, it's not as though you're required to support hardware It's baffling why Windows forcibly updates drivers even when told otherwise in the settings. A second restart attempt makes the system hang at the "Restarting now" screen. Is a restart even which isn't guaranteed to work because the device manager says no drivers are installed although it detects the hardware. Also, the mouse stops functioning except for the left & right buttons. Now, every time the system resumes from hibernation the Bluetooth driver disappears from the Device manager. Until Windows decided to update the driver a couple of days back. Finally managed to get it installedĪfter I came across a workaround on the net.Īll was well except for the mouse ( Dell Bluetooth Travel Mouse) randomly turning off for a few seconds to a few minutes ( a small price to pay considering Dell has no plans to update the drivers to Windows 10, I thought)

However, I never could get the driver installed the usual way. Widcomm Bluetooth 365 module driver was passed off as being compatible with Windows 10 by GWX app.
